TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • 1. These regulations (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations) set the rules of visit in Live Museum of Obwarzanek (hereinafter referred to as the Museum).
  • 2. A visit in the Museum consists of participating in the workshops of obwarzanek production (hereinafter referred to as the Workshops). The Workshops take place in Live Museum of Obwarzanek in Cracow on Ignacego Paderewskiego 4 Street. During the Workshops participators get to know the history and tradition of obwarzanek baking and make one on their own. Participants receive their own obwarzanek, which is not an edible product, at least concerning the sanitary rules.
  • 3. The number of tickets is limited. Individual clients make a reservation through the sales system, available on the website https://www.muzeumobwarzanka.com/. After entering the Museum, clients are obliged to show their tickets to the staff of the Museum.
  • 4. Purchasing the tickets means accepting contents of the Regulations.
  • 5. The Regulations are depicted on our website (muzeumobwarzanka.com) and on site at the reception desk.
  • 6. Prices of the tickets are depicted on the website https://www.muzeumobwarzanka.com/cennik/. The Museum reserves the right to change the prices after its opening hours.
  • 7. Given prices include 23% VAT.
  • 8. Reduced tickets are for: children and teenagers under 18, students under 26, people with disabilities and their caregivers, retired people and seniors over 65. Children up to 3 years old, accompanied by adults, participate in the workshops for free (this only applies to individual clients).
  • 9. Additional discounts are entitled to the holders of Karta Dużej Rodziny and Karta “N”. This only applies to individual clients.
  • 10. Cash and card payments are possible. The willingness for obtaining a VAT invoice must be reported in advance.
  • 11. Group tickets are valid for a group of minimum 12 people. Smaller groups pay a fixed charge, without regard to the number of participants.
  • 12. Package tickets are valid only for a group of minimum 15 children from kindergartens or schools.
  • 13. In the case of groups from kindergartens or schools, three caregivers may participate in workshops for free.
  • 14. The maximum number of participants is 75 children or 55 adults, divided into 3 rooms. This applies to group workshops only.
  • 15. Prior reservation of the workshop date for a group is required:
    – Reservation must be done through the reservation form available on our website https://www.muzeumobwarzanka.com/reservation-form/?lang=en
    – Buyer declares the number of participants which may be decreased by 5 persons per group maximum. If the group is smaller, the Buyer must pay for the declared number of participants, decreased by 5. The number can be changed free of charge only up to 7 days before the visit,
    – Reservation is confirmed only after paying an advance:
    100 PLN per group in 1 workshop room,
    150 PLN per group in 2 workshop rooms,
    200 PLN per group in 3 workshop rooms,
    – The advance must be paid by transfer in 3 working days after confirming the reservation. It must be done via link sent in the confirmation e-mail,
    – The rest of the payment must be regulated on site right before the visit, in cash or by card,
    – The workshop date can be changed or cancelled up to 7 days before the visit,
    – In the case of cancelling or changing the date in less than 7 days before the visit, the Buyer is obliged to cover the costs of preparing the workshops (the cost of the advance),
    – Groups must show up on time. Due to characteristics of the workshops, late groups may not be admitted to the workshop and the Buyer must cover the costs of preparing the workshops (the cost of the advance),
    – Caregivers of children group are obliged to be present with kids and help the workshop leader (with distributing the material, signing children’s pieces),
    – Workshop reservation means accepting the content of the Regulations.
  • 16. The Buyer has the right to file a complaint anytime, via e-mail (biuro@muzeumobwarzanka.com), by letter or in person. Complaints are being processed in 14 days. The answer is sent via e-mail or by letter.
  • 17. The Staff has the right to refuse entry to the workshops for late clients.
  • 18. It is forbidden to record the sound and/or image during the workshops.
  • 19. People that are intoxicated or behave in a way that poses a threat to others will not be admitted to the workshops.
  • 20. The Museum staff does not take responsibility for children left unattended during the workshops. Responsibility for minors lies on their parents or guardians.
  • 21. The Museum staff does not take responsibility for things left on the area of the Museum.
  • 22. Consent to the processing of personal data. Legal basis – Act of August 29, 1997, on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended) and Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended). The data administrator is Marta Krzyżek-Siudak, running a business under the name MADE IN KRAKOW, based at ul. Mjr.Łupaszki 7/22, NIP no. 6792699928, REGON no. 122942578. At the same time, we would like to inform you that every person has the right to access their personal data and the possibility of correcting them. Providing data is voluntary. Consent to data processing may be revoked at any time.
